A dedicated training facility features a large classroom flanked by two mock hotel rooms—a smoke room and a wet room—providing realistic restoration training environments.
The office area centers on a shared gathering space that encourages collaboration, celebration, and connection, with adjacent outdoor space extending its use. A pre-engineered metal building provided an efficient structural system, while clerestory windows throughout the facility maximize natural light.
