On this new spec home, we worked directly with the builder, Tri-M Construction to complete. This house is located across the street from horse stables so we wanted to integrate the country feel with modern updated finishes. The millwork details throughout the house combined with custom cabinet details pull together into a modern home that feels grounded, contextual, and quietly expressive. The neutral pallete with splashes of color add charm and character.
