Chad’s passion for architecture began early, but after earning his Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University, he discovered that the most meaningful work happens beyond the drawings. For Chad, architecture is rooted in relationships—listening closely, understanding the “why” behind each project, and earning trust along the way. That belief led him to found Greyten Architecture + Interior Design, where he serves as a holistic partner to clients, guiding projects with clarity, care, and a long-term perspective from start to finish.
